Release One - December 15, 2023
Tony Messenger is celebrated for his Pulitzer Prize-winning exposé on injustices in rural Missouri's justice system. However, unbeknownst to the public, Richard Callow, a political strategist, is the actual author. Callow's aim was to shift focus away from the rising crime in St. Louis during Mayor Krewson's administration. While Messenger is lauded as a hero, the truth about Callow's ghostwriting and political motivations has been a closely guarded secret between the two friends. The public has been unaware of the story's true origins. This secrecy persisted until a courageous victim of Richard Callow presented supporting evidence of the truth to Callow Watch.
Release Two - January 24, 2024
In 2015, a sexting scandal led to the resignation of John Diehl, then Missouri House Speaker, after his explicit text exchanges with 19-year-old college intern Katie Graham were revealed. Graham, recruited and directed by political operative Richard Callow while she was a minor, identified herself publicly, adding to a series of tumultuous events in Missouri politics that year.
